He is regularly invited to speak at industry conferences on topics including FDA enforcement trends, best practices for review processes, global review practices, and life sciences use of social media.

Eileen Cohen is the Agency Services Practice Lead for PhillyCooke Consulting. Eileen has spent more than 20 years working with ad agencies in-house and as an outside consultant. She has established new regulatory submissions groups inside agencies, overseen studios, and helped some of the largest agencies in the world improve their operations.
